| Abstract: | A common thread that ties much of the world together is the notion that education is a vital aspect of providing a better world in which to live and to pass to future generations. Woven into the educational fabric is the desire to create, to explore, and to experiment. Thus, conducting basic research becomes a critical component of higher education because such research seeks new knowledge and stimulates thinking not only for students but for educators as well. |
