| Abstract: | The Economic Department of Tallinn Technical University has been monitoring how the economic environment inhibits or stimulates businesses for 4 years now. They have been looking at both the institutional quality of the functional environment (in particular the financial environment) of enterprises and the general impact of the market, i.e., how the enterprises have managed to adjust to the external environment. The survey has focused on an observation sample, consisting of 40-50 enterprises of different branches of economy, whose composition has been slightly changing on a year to year basis. |
