Michael Hammer asserts that professionals and professional service organizations offer "the model of personal development" for twenty-first century corporations. The services these firms bring to their largest , most demanding clients pose a challenge for superior, intra-firm, collaborative work. Such collaboration clearly has implications for other businesses. |
