| Abstract: | The Yongan city trade company of Fujian province put out a new "three systems, one entity" model in 1995. The three systems means joint-stock partnership system in terms of nature of enterprises, contract system in terms of professional business and old-age pension joint insurance system. To ensure the operation of such a model, the company has established the corresponding necessary systems. Following the principle of "acquiring stock on a voluntary basis, having equal stock rights, joint labour and joint capital, sharing interests and bearing risks commonly", the company set up four kinds of shares, that is, enterprise collective shares, individual lifelong shares, individual basic shares, and "fund-raising shares". The relationship between dividends on shares and distribution according to work has beenhandled well. |
