| Abstract: | The problems existing in the current social security system in China are as follows: There is no lunified method of raising social funds and so the social security funds can not be redistributed among regions and industries. The chaotic management with many administrations responsible for the same business leads to serious waste. Collecting social security tax is the best solution for the problem of social security in China. But the following principles should be followed: unification of rights and obligations, coordination of fairness and efficiency, being sared by the state, enterprises and individuals, collecting a tax for its specified purpose only. |
