| Abstract: | This paper makes a positive analysis of the current unemployment in China. It thinks that China's unemployment has outstanding structural features and also raises the corresponding policy suggestions for solving the problem of unemployment. It suggests that it need to be solved from two aspects--demand and supply. As to the policy of demand management, the structural features of unemployment must be considered when the internal demand is stimulated and the structural adjustment be made gradually in the course of economic growth. It also holds that the structural adjustment of labour force should be promoted from such aspects as reducing the flow cost of labour force, establishing and perfecting unemployment guarantee network and realizing pluralized professional training subject. |
