| Abstract: | Housing industry is one of the important basic industries of the national economy and will become a new economic growth point. This paper analyzes in detail the status quo of house prices on the commodity housing market and demand-supply situation as well as the future development trends in real estate in China. It points out that it is now difficult for China's real estate market to move out of the sluggish state but its prospects are good, viewed from long and mid-term development. |
