| Abstract: | knowledge economy takes the production and utilization of information as the core, human capital and technology as the driving force and service industries as the pillar. The knowledge economy with intellectual resources as the basis has the following features: 1. The creators of "knowledge value" will become gradually both owners of productive resources and labourers creating value. 2. "knowledge value" will be the principle of measuring the effectiveness of commodities and service. 3. Investment will incline to the development of knowledge and intellectual resources and intelligence-intensive labour will become the force promoting enterprises' development. 4. Enterprises' management features high informanization and marketization. |
