| Abstract: | High-tech industry features high input to be required and high risk as well. The government role should be put into full play to establish good operation mechanism of risk investment so as to promote the growth of high-tech industry. 1)to tap more investment resources such as government financial allocation, self-financing of nongovernmental business, non-government funds raising and banking finance; 2) to adopt preferential policy of tax revenue such as the tax exemption for various non-production incomes of high-tech industries; 3)to provide nice environment for growth such as setting up service and support system and fostering profession of risk investment; 4)to establish risk investment companies of all kinds. |
