| Abstract: | Joint stock partnership system belongs to a mixed economy which has the features of both share holding system and cooperative system. It has such advantages as saving transaction cost and strengthening the incentive mechanism of enterprises. Even its democratic management system with unique features has system advantage raising economic efficiency. The internal contradictions which are possibly unclear during the early period of transformation of enterprises' system will gradually sharpen under the intensifying market competition with the government's administrative regulation and control ability weakening and thus joint stock partnership system will possibly tend to be turned into share holding system. |
