| Abstract: | Shenzhen city has initially established ten major systems of socialist market economy, thus forming the basic framework of economy system. Among them, the system of the common development and fair competition of various economic sectors based mainly on public ownership and the market system with commodity market as the basis and factor market as the pillar and the economic regulation and control system facing the whole society within direct means as the main mode of regulation and control are the backbone component parts. The key point of deepening reform is to conduct the reform of property right system. At the same time, retail trading needs to boom, wholesale trade be reorganized and overseas market be developed according to the positioning of "Shenzhen becoming a distribution centre for Chinese and foreign quality goods. |
