| Abstract: | Rearranging enterprises' system according to the law of capital operation and the demand of capital market is one of the targets of reform of stat-owned enterprises. The way out for solving the in-depth problems of state-owned enterprises lies in the comprehensive reorganization of state-owned enterprises' rights and interests through capital market. To make enterprises enter capital market, we should pay attention to the following issues: 1. State-owned enterprises need to allocate resources through capital market; 2. We should take into consideration the need of capital market and link with administration and scientific research when making re-organization of enterprises and designing the framework of groups; 3.We should stress and develop investment banking industry and enhance the operation of capital market, establish fund-raising channel. |
