Abstract:The strategy of coordinated creation for foreign trade enterprises is a collection of all sub-strategies under which enterprises should coordinate and integrate each creative subsystem in order to adapt to external environment Its aim is to seek ways by which enterprises can keep exuberant vitality in an uncertain and dynamic environment. The strategy of coordinated creation is characterized by systematicness, dynamicness, and generality of purposes. Specifically, the strategy can be divided into three aspects: the creation of coordination system and the creation of management; coordination between enterprises' creation of pluralistic operation and the nurturing of kernel competitive advantages; coordination between the expansion of the scale of enterprises and organizational creation.
