| Abstract: | The goal of this study was to contribute to a greater understanding of managerial leadership in Mexico. The authors chose to focus on epresarios because of their important role in the evolution of new cultural values and for the modernization of structures necessary to economic and political development in Mexico. The term "emressario" is commonly used in Mexico and combines the concepts expressed in English by the terms "manager" and "entrepreneur". |
