| Abstract: | To prevent financial crisis, attention should be paid to the following issues: 1. If we are not cautious in development of capital market, the risks of banks will be possibly intensified, thus inducing money credit crisis. 2. The phenomena of "rushing headlong into mass action" should be avoided in reform of the system of state-owned enterprises. Not all the enterprises can be transformed into share holding ones. Especially we should make strict check on the companies to be listed in order to avoid the crisis of capital market. 3. The enterprise groups emerging in reform, which have grown in strength by expanding at low cost will finally make losses and even fail due to the too wide scope of management. 4. The too rapid capacity expansion of stock market and suddenly rising and falling stock prices will possibly lead to financial crisis. |
