| Abstract: | First, key points should be made stand out in inviting outside investment. We should introduce more investment from European countries and America while continuing to expand the investment from Hong kong, Macao and Taiwan in Shenzhen area. Besides, we should concentrate our efforts on the projects involving over US$ 30 million. In terms of invested place, three bonded areas, Futian central area and Longgang industrial area should be taken as the key points. Second, we should increase properly the extent of opening of market and practise the tactics of using the market to trade for funds, technology and management expertise. Third, we should strengthen intellectual property protection to make large-sized transnational corporations free of worries, strengthen policy guidance, improve investment environment. |
