| Abstract: | The article examines whether intrapreneurial firms can attract people with different or even opposite traits and socialize them to adapt to an environment operating like the market-based (MB) firms. The article characterizes MB firms. There is also a discussion on the intrapreneurial culture of MB organizations. Seven deadly vices for market-based firms are presented. |
