| Abstract: | Modern bubble economy would easily lead to the unbalance of social investment structure, industrial empty stomach and the lopsided development of securities and real estate. The continuous inflation of such economic bubbles would also make the risk of financial assets higher and higher and likely touch off financial crisis once the bubbles are broken. As a result, the socioeconomic turmoil resulting from the above will lead to longstanding economic depression. So we should take the following corresponding measures: improving financial supervision and management system, increasing means of supervision and management and giving rational guidance to fund flow; strengthening the management and control of financial market to prevent over-speculation; strengthening the management of investment in real estate prevent real estate bubbles. |
