| Abstract: | The results of comparison and evaluation of scaled economic returns of enterprises show that scaled economic returns vary from industry to industry. In the industries with remarkable scaled economic returns, enlarging scale would help raise economic returns but it is not true of the industries without remarkable scaled economic returns. There is a quite correlation between economic returns and system, especially property right structure. It means that the economic returns of the sectors with high level of marketization and clear-cut property rights. relationship are remarkable or more remarkable. In another word, different forms of ownership can exert remarkable influence on the increase of economic returns and thus there are quite differences in resource allocation. |
