Abstract: | In the study, the authors sample registered voters who had, and had not, voted in a vote-by-mail special U. S. election. There is the Ansolabehere and Iyengar (1995) conclusion tested that attack ads mostly discourage independents from voting and reinforce the loyalties of Republicans and Democrats. |
