| Abstract: | There are several thoughts on the industrial development in west regions: (1) Considering the utilization of space of productive forces in west regions, great importance should be attached not only to the full development of non-state-owned industries, but also to the leading role of state-owned industries. (2) To accelerate industrial development in west regions, it is necessary to transfer advantages in energy and mineral resources to advantages in strategical industries through the flow and reorganization of stock assets, and transfer further to relative advantages in economy and goods. (3) The following problems need to be solved in order to promote the modern enterprise system: the cultivation of manager market, the implement of strategic management, the allocation of company's resources, the innovation of organizational structure and so on. |
