| Abstract: | The new mechanism combining sci-tech with economy in Shenzhen city has the following major characteristics: running well city-level engineer and technology development centre with enterprises as subject; establishing the patent working agency and post doctoral researcher mobile station of enterprises taking the state's "863" scientific research projects to be developed and studies under the financial support of enterprises. It takes the following forms: 1. conducting project cooperation, supported by enterprises; 2.establishing ties between scientific researchers and enterprises by means of becoming a shareholder technologically; 3.building up scientific research institute or production base in Shenzhen; 4.extending enterprises' research and development activities into foreign countries; 5.purchasing the inland's scientific research institutions. |
