Abstract:Since the founding of our people's republic, the China's regional economy development is nearly following the route from balance to inclination to coordination. Now, to promote the regional economy developing coordinately has become an important stragetic task to China's over-the- century development. And the "#" structure has been the only way for the task. It is conductive to the proper circulation and perfect distribution of the production factors on the national scale, and will effectively promote the mutal superiority and economic merge between the east and the middle-west, the south and the north, the coastal areas and the inland. So it is sure to bring strong life and vitality to the China's over-the-century economic development.
