Abstract:Following the quick development of the 1990's, China's general business will enter into a readjusted phase. Its developing tendency is as follows. The quantity of the department markets will be steady but going down. Next, making its position definite and managing differently, general business will attach more importance to the commercial circles, markets, price and so on around itself. Another one is to take the developing road of consortiums. Finally, by emphasizing knowledge, valuing the talented and driving on the developing road of knowledge economy, the general business will improve the modernization level of its managing means by a big margin in terms of business flow, material flow and information flow.
