Abstract: | Developing and sustaining new sources of competitive advantage require firms to learn, develop, and share new forms of knowledge that facilitate a capability to manage environmental changes. Crafting such organizations calls for balancing innovation, initiative, and cooperation simultaneously. Senior management must carefully reconfigure and adjust organizational structures, decision-making processes, reward systems, management development approaches, and corporate cultures in order to cultivate corporate-wide learning and open communications. |
