| Abstract: | Promoting and developing international economic exchange is beneficial to all the participating countries. Facing 21st century relation of strategic cooperative partnership between China and Russia's governments has brought about a turning point for the economic exchange between the two. The structural contradiction restricting the development of bilateral trade is how the bilateral enterprises establish mutually compensatory competitive advantages. The mutually compensatory competitive advantage profits from the development of enterprises' competitive power; from the establishment of perfect domestic market operation system by the two governments; from the bilateral culture exchange. |
