| Abstract: | Questionnaire survey comprises two parts, the qualitative and the quantitative. The qualitative survey consists of 28 items, such as institutional reform, property rights reform, management system by juridical persons and so on while the quantitative is made up of 16 items (including those from 1994 to 1997), such as business finance and statistical indicators. The findings indicate that the reform of property rights has made a new breakthrough, having made clear the capital promoter system in the experimental enterprises as well as the capital structure and amount and having laid down the juridical person's property system , thus having formed a preliminary system of management by juridical persons. |
