| Abstract: | The past 20 years witnessed an all-intensive and extensive pattern of opening to the outside world at different levels, which enabled our country to fully exploit external and internal markets and resources, promoted economic development, enhanced overall strength of the country, accelerated the adjustment of the structure of production and the distribution of labor and brought about an economic development of higher quality. The basic experience is as follows: adhering to the ideological line of emancipating the mind and being practical and realistic serves as the basic assurance for pursuing and enlarging the opening process; the opening reform is characterized as all-inclusive, extensive and at different levels; the principles to be the observed in the opening process are to correctly handle the relation between reform and opening... |
