| Abstract: | Research on the macro-manipulation of investment into fixed assets under surplus economy is mainly focused on the reforming of the system of investment demand. The choice of investment orientation is to intensify the degree of establishing basic facilities, serving both as the need of the development of national economy and the practical choice under the current economic situation. At the same time, the technological alteration of machine industry and the investment degree of industry with high and new technology are to be intensified. For example, as for the investment into the construction of important facilities for the structural promotion of national economy, the government should strengthening its participating degree; as for the investment of state-owned enterprises into other competitive fields, the government should exit step-by-step. |
