| Abstract: | It's critical issue in the current reform of economic and political systems to properly handle the relation between government and market and enterprises. Today, there are two big problems in our economic pattern: one is that the market is still underdeveloped, the other is that the market is extremely non-standardized. At the same time, there are many defects in the government intervention. Thus, to standardize both the government and the market has become two important tasks. People's psychological expectation over reform should be considered. The reform of political system should be deepened. Democracy and science in decision-making are most essential to government. |
