| Abstract: | Regional difference exists in the establishment and improvement of market system in China. To shorten the gap, the author proposes that the following points should be stressed: (1) the state must make clear property relation in terms of policy and law, clearly define property tights, diversify the forms to realize public ownership as well as make great efforts to develop the economy of non-public ownership; (2) cultivate and develop capital market of middle and western parts; (3) we should encourage the organizations, local governments and individuals of economy of public and non-public ownership to make system innovation to meet the demand of system service and break through the bottleneck of system supply; (4) raise the level of education, culture, science and technology in middle and western parts, establish open mechanism of labor flow, ... |
