| Abstract: | At present the opportunities of Chinese enterprises' debt financing (besides bilateral loan arrangement) are very limited, while capital stock financing and strategic stock ownership financing in the secondary market still have opportunities. The capital stock window in the first market can be opened only when he market is stabilized. Investors usually choose those Chinese concept share engaged in infrastructure, food technology with sufficient invest capital and stable profit-making capabilities. Chinese enterprises should use the chance of low-spirit in the stock market and the investors confused psychology to launch introduction and promotion to international investors, and makes them realize the long-term value of investment in Chinese enterprises. |
