| Abstract: | The way to define disinflation should be very strict. It must include price, total demands and time. Not a single one of these elements can be dispensed with. The reasons of disinflation are very complicated, although it has some similarities with inflation, it has its own comprehensiveness and complications. Currently the phenomenon of disinflation is because of facing internal and external plight. As a result to bring disinflation under control, China must begin with extricating herself from the two plights above-mentioned. Pursuing the "policy of brake" to bring inflation under control can produce the desired result in a shout time, and to bring disinflation under control requires keeping on stimulation.
