| Abstract: | Enterprise must guarantee their independent management place, real hold independent control right on their asserts and become the market main parts in order to protect capital operation with high efficiency in our country.Only when overcoming multi-holders way of enterprise property right as the main parts,building up the multi- holders model of property right main parts suitable for the market economic system in the initial phase of China's socialism,enterprise management property right would be carried out and enterprise would be market main parts and capital would overture effective increase with the market better allocation. |
