| Abstract: | Capital Account must be exploited earlier than liberalization of financial transaction. Only if domestic financial institutions improve their international competitive capacity of entering long-term and short-term capital transaction, it is possible for them to undertake all-sided challenges. Sequence arrangement: A. First open capital outflow, next open capital inflow. B. Firstly open long-term capital transaction, then open short-term capital transaction. C. Firstly open residents overseas transaction, then open nonresidents domestic transaction. D. First open the transactions with actual transaction background, then open the transactions without actual transaction background. E. First open transactions related with indirect and in-kind transactions,then those not related with indirect and in-kind transactions. |
