| Abstract: | The article analyzed some basic issues of public collection in terms of standardization, for example, economic rationality of public collection, its positive effects and its internal limitation, etc. In demonstration perspective, it also analyzed the current existing issues of public collection system as well as systemic reasons, on the basis of which, it raised some thoughts on restructuring China public collection system at current stage. |
