| Abstract: | In the past few years equipment industry has become a bottleneck which restricts national economic development. It is reflected in the following aspects: the industrial structure is disorganized, disordered, low-leveled and small; the production technology is backward and the educational level of the staff is low. During the "10th Five-year Plan" we must amplify the policy preference degree towards the equipment industry, and try to solve the fundamental problems of monolithic economic structure, disordered organizational structure and low-level innovation capacity, which seriously restrict the industrial development. We should thoroughly reorganize and upgrade equipment industry by means of reform and structural readjustment. |
