| Abstract: | Although SOEs' system is being reformed, favorable situation is still existing, namely, economy still keeps continuously growing. The reason is that private economy undertakes the social duty, promoting economic growth. Transforming to private enterprises has been an objective tendency. As a new and developing enterprise, private technical enterprise is the main force of private economy. In a word, whether private economy can obtain overall supports and develop healthily or not will have profound impacts on China's economy in the 21st century. |
