| Abstract: | The backwards tech-instrument led to economic growth slow. Investment policies should pay more attentions to renewing instrument technology in time beside infrastructure constructions. We should heighten whole industrial quality. enforce, import, absorb foreign capitals, and strengthen Chinese companies. We also should foster Shanghai, Guangzhou Tianjin, Shenyang and Beijing to be tech-growth centers in China. Shanghai should play a dragon-head role. |
