| Abstract: | At present the biggest difficulty of strategy of science and education making national prosperous is lack of funds, and tech-achievement transforming rate is only 10% or 15%. Risky investment is 2.3% in high tech-development funds. So it is inevitable for developing risky investment in China. It need to build up a set of workable commercial policies, especially taxation privilege, and further improve capital market, explore fund origins of risky investment and foster our own risky investors. |
