| Abstract: | In China the management of the managers' stock ownership and stock option is still in the primary stage. The scale of China's capital market is small and speculation runs rampant. The establishment of the market assessment mechanism is still at the primary stage and the non-market evaluation methods in the equity incentive pattern lead to low efficiency. All of the above factors create adverse effects on the establishment of the equity incentive mechanism. At present it is infeasible to implement incentive mechanism merely by improving the payment institution designing. Only through establishing a perfect market mechanism with functions of evaluation and supervision can we get a satisfactory result from the properly designed incentive disbursement. |
