| Abstract: | In 1999, China's enterprise's economic beneficial index was going better, which was overcome with many kinds of enforcement executive controls and large sum of financial investments at last. The most serious problems are that China's state-owned enterprise needs to breakthrough monopoly, accelerate system and organization and structural readjustment, and comprehensive change situation of poor benefit, lower efficiency, higher waste and poor competition power. |
