| Abstract: | The paper quantitative analyzed the relationship between multi-strategies and management effective in corporations' management, but in fact no obverse relations, with usage of yearly account lists of on-market corporations and some quantitative index on multi-lever and management effective. The author thought corporations' management can not get to higher management interest, but can decline management risks and reduce interest wave in big margin. |
