| Abstract: | Appropriate unemployment active affects on economic growth and system reform. China's unemployment rate should be 3% or 3.5% in short time and be 4% or 5% in the middle and long time. So we should develop economy, add employment positions, widen employment channels and decrease structural employment, control cardinal number, keep employee stable and lighten the pressure of rural labor powers. |
