| Abstract: | The traditional momentum used to supporting the rapid growth of service sector as well as serving trade in Shanghai City shows a recessive tendency. In order to remove this obstacle, the Shanghai City should optimize the industrial system of service sector on the basis of knowledge innovation and venture creation. Moreover, taking maximum profits as the target to implement the strategy, enterprises' allied competition. Furthermore, regarding establishing a broad market foundation for serving economy as the orientation, boost economic integration of China. |
