| Abstract: | China's investment size expanded continually in recent years. Add investment play an obvious role in promoting economy. Investment increase is only one of government investment without non-government one, which is not beneficial for further economic growth. How to enliven non-government investment and promote investment even economic growth is a very important problem. |
