| Abstract: | In order to perfect bidding for passive quota of textile, it should not only expand the range of quota bid, but also optimize the following aspects. 1.Quota bid ought to do favor to the export of China's well-known products; 2. To reform the current system related with quota turning over to the higher authority, so as to achieve quota adjustments gradually; 3. To rigorously censor the qualification of bidding, the enterprises are grouped to participate in bidding at various levels based on their actual export volume shown in customs. |
