| Abstract: | The first one of forms of capital reorganization is that the state solely restructures companies. The second one is to set up new companies if starting up new projects. The third one is to unite properties so as to from groups. The forth one is to absorb funds, with which to renovate constructions. The fifth is to develop the tertiary industry in golden territory. The sixth is consignment and leasing. The seventh is bankrupting, dismissing, and reorganizing. The eight is to absorb individual shareholders to organize companies. The ninth is to organize companies relying on famous brand. The last one is to make the medium-and small-sized enterprises even smaller and simultaneously activate them. |
