| Abstract: | Middle and small corporations are important compositions in corporations' productive organization system under market economy and one of the main bodies of whole social innovation, but the poor in market competition due to small scale and lack funds and scattering distribution. At present to enliven economy and keep GDP stable growth in 1999, it must enliven more middle and small corporations, change the policy of seizing the big ones and giving up the small ones to the policy of making the small ones relax in order to help middle and small corporations development. |
