Abstract: | This paper presents the "learner-generated case" as a teaching/learning method for international management education and corporate training. The method derives from the classic case study, but varies from it in that cases studied are prepared by the learners themselves. Analyzing situations that are real, current and involve international challenges which are actually experienced by the learners enhances the learning experience and allows participants to gain valuable cross-cultural insights. |
